Wedge of romaine lettuce topped with homemade dressing, parmesan cheese, real bacon and croutons

Mixed Green Salad w/ Goat cheese (with walnuts) and mandarin orange salad
Homemade dressing, homemade pickled beets and mixed greens

Mushroom Risotto

 

Choose One:

Mango Chicken served with seasoned rice and green beans
Chicken breast pan seared in butter and served with Mango Salsa (red onion, scotch bonnet pepper, parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil)

or

Pork Tenderloin with a Savory Apple & Onion Compote served with Boerenkoool and Glazed Carrots                                                                                                                   Boerenkool is a traditional Dutch dish of buttery mashed potatoes, cooked with chopped kale and smoked sausage.

or

Beef Wellington (4oz), Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccoli
Beef tenderloin wrapped with duxelles (mushroom mix) and prosciutto in a puff pastry
(Can substitute for Portobello Mushroom Wellington to make it vegetarian or vegan)

Pineapple Dream ginger graham crust, topped with fluffy whipped cream and pineapple
