Shipping policy

All orders that are subject to pick up or delivery must be confirmed after the order is placed. 

Normally our items are not shipped beyond our local delivery area as indicated in our checkout process. Please contact us at info@timberhouse.net if you would like a shipment of an item beyond this area.

We will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the availability of the order placed. We will also confirm the time for delivery or pick up and any other information we may require in order to complete your order.
