Group Takeovers (Friend, Family, & Corporate - suitable for 5-35 guests) start at $1600 per weeknight and $1800 per weekend night, with many inclusions such as breakfast, beach access, pool, games, and beautifully appointed spaces throughout the property.
A 2-night minimum applies.

Relax in our boutique hotel rooms with a full or partial takeover. Enjoy hearty breakfasts,
picnic lunches, snacks, signature BBQ’s, dinners and refreshments (LLBO) from our
renowned hotel kitchen and nearby Airstream hospitality trailer.
Each gathering will be customized to accommodate the whims and wishes of the group.
Seasonal rates apply:
May - October $1600/weekday, $2000/weekend and up
November - April starting at $1400/weekday, $1800/weekend and up
