Group Takeovers (Friend, Family, & Corporate - suitable for 5-35 guests) start at $1400 per weeknight and $1800 per weekend night, with many inclusions such as breakfast, beach access, pool, games, and beautifully appointed spaces throughout the property.
A 2-night minimum applies.

When you book your friend or family gathering with us, you will have exclusive use of our waterfront hub coming summer 2025. It can sleep up to 6 guests, and is a fully equipped space for groups from 5-35 people to gather and play.
Relax in our boutique hotel rooms with a full or partial takeover. Enjoy hearty breakfasts,
picnic lunches, snacks, signature BBQ’s, dinners and refreshments (LLBO) from our
renowned hotel kitchen and nearby Airstream hospitality trailer.
Each gathering will be customized to accommodate the whims and wishes of the group.
Water front hub with the full timber house takeover - Weekdays (Sunday- Friday) and Weekends (when possible). May though October. Full takeovers for weekdays begin at $1400/night plus HST for the remainder of 2025 (savings of $300-$400/night)
Full Timber House Take over October - April (minus the waterfront hub) - still the perfect cozy getaway for all of your friends and family to gather.
