Stephanie, (Instructor) is a Registered Kinesiologist and Yoga Instructor. She took her first yoga class during grad school and was hooked immediately. Stephanie teaches Hatha yoga and incorporates a variety of modification for her students. Her philosophy is to encourage her students to find more balance, both on and off their mats.
